- 2 medium carrots
- 1 medium apple
- 4 cups chopped kale
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 4 oz pomegranate juice 100% pure & fresh, not from concentrate
- 2 inch ginger root
- 1 tbsp raw local honey or stevia to taste optional
Instructions
- Peel the ginger.
- Run the carrots, apple, kale, lettuce, and cucumbers through a juicer.
- Add the pomegranate juice. We recommend to only use 100% pure fresh juice.
- Mix and taste. You can add a few drops of stevia, or use raw local honey to add sweetness (optional). Another popular option is to add another apple to the recipe.

Instructions
