  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 medium apple
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 4 oz pomegranate juice 100% pure & fresh, not from concentrate
  • 2 inch ginger root
  • 1 tbsp raw local honey or stevia to taste optional


  • Peel the ginger.
  • Run the carrots, apple, kale, lettuce, and cucumbers through a juicer.
  • Add the pomegranate juice. We recommend to only use 100% pure fresh juice.
  • Mix and taste. You can add a few drops of stevia, or use raw local honey to add sweetness (optional). Another popular option is to add another apple to the recipe.
