Top Tips From Our Members

  • Cinnamon:
Many of our members like to add a dash of cinnamon. While this is mainly for flavor,  the research data does suggest that cinnamon may have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Some researchers sees cinnamon as a promising alternative source of natural antimicrobial [1].
  • Ginger Juice:
Adding ginger juice to the recipe is another popular add-on many of our members like to do. The popular honey-lemon-ginger combination tastes very good to most people. Besides the taste, another reason you may want to add ginger juice do the drink, is that ginger juice is a well known home remedy for parasites in humans. Ginger demonstrated significant antimicrobial and antibacterial  activity against different pathogens in multiple studies [2].
  • Cayenne pepper:
Some of our members like to add a dash of ground cayenne pepper. Either in order to add a nice kick to the drink, or as a healthier alternative to the master cleanse lemonade recipe. We get many questions on this topic, and we tested it extensively. A lot of people like the cayenne kick flavor. Quite a few people, however, experience stomach pain after they add cayenne pepper to the drink. For this reason, if you want to try the cayenne pepper option, start with just a dash to see if you can tolerate the cayenne on an empty stomach. Another much safer option, is to add the cayenne to the salad dressing version (see below).

Garlic is another famous natural ingredient you see in many parasite cleanse protocols. Allicin, the active component of garlic, demonstrated strong antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties in multiple studies [11,12].

The research data also suggests that fresh raw garlic is more potent than cooked or boiled garlic [13], and is higher in bioactive components [14].

Allicin becomes available when you cut, crush or chew the garlic, but is highly unstable, and may change quickly [15]. For this reason, we recommend to consume the garlic shortly after you crush it.

Im confused about using honey when we are meant to avoid all sugars.
Im excited at the idea because stevia makes me ill. But would like to hear more before I take it.
Im on day 5 on cleansing and dont want to start over!

    1. From a parasite cleanse perspective, one teaspoon of honey a day should be fine. In fact, one of the most known anti-parasitic remedy that has a long traditional use that is also backed up by science is papaya seeds with honey drink. The honey does a very good job masking the taste of the papaya seeds.

For the mustard, can regular yellow mustard or traditional Dijon mustard be used? (The mustard made from raw apple cider vinegar don’t agree with my taste buds)

One effective cancer therapy is a tiny amount of chemo attached to sugar. The sugar draws in the cancer, and the chemo kills it. I believe that the honey works in the same way. Parasites are draw to the sugar and the other ingredients destroy them.

use actual mustard seed (ground like turmeric) as opposed to commercial mustard. (note: vinegar actually deactivates the enzymes in mustard but still a lot of good stuff in real mustard seeds of which there are different kinds .. brown, black…)

  5. I make ginger tea and add the other ingredients: lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon and Himalayan Salt. Is this still effective if it is heated?

  6. How many days do you do the apple cider vinegar cleanse? Do you do it a few days, then off a few days & repeat? For how long?

Depending on the length of time couldn’t this affect the enamel on one’s teeth? THANK YOU!
