Juicing the brassica vegetables, however, may not taste so good in juices. Think about cabbage, collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi…on a comical side, think about mustard greens… These options may taste much better when you eat them.

Out of the Brassica, kale offers a much better fit for the liver cleansing juice and blends well in this recipe.

According to most findings, leafy greens can benefit liver health and modulate fatty acid composition in the liver [11].

For this reason, you may want to keep the pulp when you make the apple juice.

Malic acid in apple juice does exceptionally well in dissolving
some of the stagnant bile and making the stones softer…The malic acid in the apple juice softens the gallstones and makes their passage through the bile ducts easy.

Thank you for posting this. Andreas moritz was spot on on the apple juice. I didn’t know I should get the cloudy one. Great article!

    1. Also, do we peel the skin off the lemon. You mentioned peeling the ginger and beet only.
Do we squeeze the lemon or peel then cut?
